Sarah is the DIYer behind the Rocky Canyon Rustic blog and social media channels.  By day she is the mother of two school aged boys and a Women’s Health nurse practitioner.  In her free time, she loves obsessing over ways to update her dated split level home on a budget.  Sarah does 99% of her projects solo and is passionate about empowering women to take charge of both their health and their lives.
